Which boomerang design will return the closest to me?

The 60 degree boomerang will return the closest to me because of its smaller angle.

1] Trace design of each boomerang onto Finnish Birch Plywood, 1/4 inch thick.
2] Throw all three boomerangs on a clear day with little wind in a wide-open field.
3] Record the distance from where you threw the boomerang at to where the boomerang landed.

My hypothesis was incorrect. The 70-degree boomerang returned the closest.  It returned within 20 meters from the place it was thrown.  I'm not sure why the 70-degree boomerang returned closer than the 60-degree or 80-degree boomerang. One question that is still unanswered is: How much did the angle of the boomerang to the ground, the angle that I threw it at, and the wind affect the boomerang's flight path? I think that I could have improved this experiment by making more boomerang designs and throwing them more times.  I am sure the overall boomerang design could also be improved to return even closer to the thrower.

This verse applies to my project because it explains how God and His laws will never change or vary. This is also the same with the Bernoulli principle. The Bernoulli principle will never change or vary just as God's Word never changes or varies.
